Registration
For registration, please contact the Meeting Secretariat at Admin@acedaytons-direct.com.

Faxed copies and hardcopy registration forms are accepted with complete full payment via
Singapore cheques, bank drafts or telegraphic transfers.

Each delegate must use a separate form for registration.

Registrations will be processed after the required registration fee and bank charges are
received.

All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). All banking charges must be borne by the delegates.

Registration includes:

1.Lunch and Two (2) tea breaks
2.Name Badge
3.Entry to Opening Ceremony and Official Dinner (for Meeting participants only)
4.ACSB Meeting File (for ACSB participants only)
5.ACC Meeting File (for ACC participants only)
6.Workshop Folder (for Workshop participants only)
7.Meeting Bag (ACC and ACSB Meeting participants only)

Cancellation

Cancellation of registration has to be received in writing to the 11th ACC 2008 Meeting Secretariat. No refund will be given for phone cancellations and cancellations after 4 November 2008. Please note that refund of registration fee will only be issued after the event.
